The Pestana Village Apartments - Garden Resort is located close to the sea on the outskirts of the town of Funchal and 20 kilometres to the Airport. The Apartment Complex is run as a Hotel and your stay will be even more enjoyable due to the lovely gardens in which it is situated.

There are 92 apartments, composed of 87 Studios and 5 Suites. Each apartment is air-conditioned with comfortable modern furnishings and with an equipped kitchenette, bathrooms with a safe, cable TV, Internet connection, and a comfortable large balcony.

The facilities include a large heated salt outdoor pool, a children's pool, Wellness Health & Fitness Centre with four treatment rooms, a library, a games room, business area, shops, kiosk, gym and heated indoor soft water pool. There is the the "Villa" restaurant which maintains a Portuguese and International menu, the Terrace Barbecue, the Tea House, the "Fonte# bar with live nightly entertainment, and finally the "Proa" bar which also serves snacks. There are weekly Aerobics sessions, giant chess competitions. Garaging is available at an extra cost.
